SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY

All orders over $150 qualify for free shipping. This excludes international orders.

Flat rate shipping is $9.95 for orders under $120 and $5.95 for orders over $121.00.

Tracking and delivery enquiries are via the Aust Post website and according to Aust Post delivery times.

International shipping charges are based on the weight, volume and destination of your order. You also have an option of adding tracking to your shipping fee.

All orders may encounter shipping delays, especially during the Covid pandemic. Helens Skin Therapy is not responsible for the delivery time once it is in the Australia Post system. Most parcels will take 10 days and some might even be longer. Overseas will take weeks.

To make things easier please ensure that someone is there to accept delivery.
